The Skincare Ingredients I Swear By.

Skincare Ingredients

The deeper you dive into the world of skincare, the more you realize which ingredients come up over and over again. Obviously, everyone's skin and requirements are different, so there is the perfect ingredient for everyone. Today I want to share with you which ingredients I swear by. To make it easier to relate to me: I am 27, so slowly looking into anti-ageing products and my skin is generally clear and dry.

Clinique Moisture Surge Facecream Moisturizer

Because my skin is always dry, hyaluronic acid is a must for me. It attracts and holds onto an incredible amount of moisture. It replenishes your skin and makes it more healthy, plump and youthful. My go-to products are Clinique Moisture Surge and the La Roche Posay Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

Retinol is something I only discovered over the past few years. I always used to be quite intimidated by this ingredient. Retinol, or Vitamin A, is a real anti-ageing agent. It diminishes the appearance of fine lines, evens out your skin tone and just makes you glow. I adore retinol and can't live without it in my routine anymore.

When it comes to body care I swear by shea butter. The most luxurious and deeply hydrating moisturiser tend to have shea butter in them. I recently discovered that even my all-time fave moisturiser La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Fluide contains shea butter and this might explain why I love it so much.
