Jean Paul Gaultier | Classique.

*This Post contains PR Samples

It really is no secret that I am completely obsessed with perfumes. Even when I don't leave the house I still have to use one of my faves scents. It completes me getting ready for the day. I would even say it is more important to me than putting on makeup. So naturally, I am always looking for a new scent to add to my collection. A few weeks back, I discovered Jean Paul Gaultier Classique and I just needed to share it with you guys.

I mean, the bottle is always such a statement piece in itself. Normally I like to store away my perfumes in a cupboard to protect them from the light and make them last longer. However, this one has been living on top of my dresser since I got it because it is simply so beautiful. Have you ever seen a more stunning flacon? I certainly haven't.

But the gorgeous bottle is not the only thing that makes it my new go-to scent. I have the Eau de Toilette version and it still is very strong and long-lasting. But what does it smell like? Well, I always struggle to describe scents so I recommend you go and smell it for yourself. But of course, I can give you some of the main components.

It has notes of vanilla (my fave), ginger and orange blossom. This makes the scent warm, rich and spicey at the same time. I don't love very fresh or overly floral scents. So this really is the perfect scent for me.

If you are in the market for Classique I highly recommend getting a gift set. I got a set of the 100ml Edt, scented body lotion and this cute miniature version that is perfect for travelling. This way you get way more product for almost the same amount of money!

Have you tried Classique yet?
Also, please let me know what your fave perfumes are!

Let's Talk | Sustainable Fashion with Allbirds.

 *This Post contains PR Gifts

I have been researching sustainable and environmentally conscious fashion for quite some time now. And as much as I am still learning and far from perfect, I think it is much more effective if we all do our bit instead of just a very few trying to do everything right all the time. With that being said, I am quite intrigued by all of the wonderful sustainable brands out there. And today I want to talk about Allbirds

It was actually my boyfriend who introduced me to this brand while I was on the lookout for some new every day sneakers. He is much more up to date with the environmentally-conscious brands out there, so I always value his input. For full transparency, Allbirds was so kind to send me a pair to try myself (with no obligation not write this post by the way). But I absolutely had to share them with you guys.

The Runners
I have had my Women's Wool Runners in Natural Grey for a few weeks now and they haven't left my feet since. Of course, I love the ethics behind Allbirds, but it doesn't stop there. They are extremely comfortable and beautiful to look at. Obviously, I had to go for a neutral grey and they really go with everything in my wardrobe. I am obsessed with their simple design that really doesn't age.

The Comfort
What makes them so comfy is their material. The upper part is made out of merino wool which makes them as soft as a blanket. And because they are so comfy you can wear them with or without socks! Their material even makes sure that you stay cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. It really feels like magic! Now you must probably be thinking how the sole can be sustainable? Well, it is made from Brazilian sugarcane, which makes the material the world's first carbon-negative EVA.

The Maintenance
Another point that I love about my wool runners is that you can simply pop them in the washing machine to clean them. However, please don't put them in the tumble dryer. Just let them out to dry naturally.

They recently got some extra browny points from me when they gave out free sneakers to healthcare workers who are working in the frontline of fighting COVID-19. I mean, can you love a brand any more than that?
