I know you guys just love it when I talk about new discoveries in the beauty department. Today I would love to talk about my latest obsession: The YSL Touch Eclat Le Teint Foundation* and the Touche Eclat Blur Primer*

I only recently tried out some YSL beauty products* and I seriously don't know what took me so long. Everything I have tried so far totally exceeded my expectations. You can feel and see how high quality their products are. Even though I love their lipsticks (see this post) I feel like their base products are the true star of the YSL beauty range. They never disappoint.
I have the shade BR20, and for me, it's the perfect shade. If you don't have any chance of trying the foundation at the counter directly (which I highly suggest) google images are your best friend. But always remember that the pictures might be edited (especially in blog posts) and lighting also plays a big role. So be careful!

But let's talk about the Touche Eclat Le Teint Foundation* itself. The formula is very light and quite liquidy so I thought the coverage can't be that high. But to me, it is a solid medium (maybe even medium to full) coverage. Definitely enough for me. But the biggest highlight, literally highlight, of this foundation is its radiance. Your skin just looks so healthy, natural, glowy and perfected! What else would you be looking for? So if you like a very heavy and matte finish, you won't like this one. But these days it's all about that glow anyway, right?

Just a few words about the Blur Primer*: I also really love the primer (and it's also so pretty to look at). But again it's a very silicone based primer, so I wouldn't use it all the time and definitely not all over my face. But for occasional use, I think this primer works really well!

Do you guys have any suggestions for a primer which makes your foundation lasts longer, but without that silicone feel?

xx Lisa
